Prior to us arriving: As the home owner, your only task is to arrange all furniture to be removed.

During works: Alternative accommodation may need to be arranged - Every situation will vary and we will advise you prior to the start date.

After completion: Foot traffic the next day is fine, furniture can return after 48 hours.

We look after you and keep in close contact during the whole process. Time frames are guaranteed in writing for your peace of mind.

To avoid delays: We will need electricity to power our machinery.

If you have just purchased a home you may need to ensure the power is transferred in your name and connection is made prior to the starting day.

Customer protection: Every customer is issued with a Queensland Building and Construction Commission approved contract prior to starting work.
